Most revolving doors have an I.D.
number, about 3" above the bottom. While our design and production teams strive to provide a low maintenance revolving door system that will provide years of low maintenance service, sometimes a part can become damaged or need replacement. We can answer any questions or concerns you may have on our past revolving doors. Van Kannel, Atchison & International Steel Revolving Doors.
With documentation on projects dating all the way back to the early 1900's, we can provide service and support for almost all of our oldest doors!
If you have a revolving door that was installed prior to 1950, it is likely to be an International Revolving Door product. Contact IRD's Customer Service department for assistance on your International Revolving Door products. We want to help you to get your door back into perfect operating condition.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00am until 4:00pm US Central Time; i.e. M-F,7AM-4PM CST
If you are need technical assistance or parts for an existing door, please collect as much information as possible before calling. The approximate year of installation and the building's exact address should allow for us to find the prints for an IRD manufactured door, even going back for almost 100 years.
Otherwise, please refer to the door diagram provided at time of installation, its maintenance manual, and/or parts price list. For IRD doors, a small serial number plate (located at the bottom of the shaft, between two of the wings - see illustration, above left) is the most useful information you can provide on existing doors. It is important to isolate the door needing repair for speedier service.

Revolving Door Replacement Parts
International Revolving Doors will ship your needed parts using either domestic (North American) or foreign shipping companies, according to your needs. The urgency, size, weight, distance, and potential for breakage (like replacement glass, for example) of the parts will detemine how best to ship parts out.
All credit subject to approval; all listed prices subject to change without notice. Most revolving doors have been custom built, so it is common for a customer to remit funds prior to our fabrication of any new replacement parts.
Order Processing
In-stock items will normally ship the next day on orders placed before 2:00pm US Central Time. Items requiring assembly and/or finishing may take longer depending on existing production schedules in our shop. Orders which require manufacturing will in most cases, take 1-3 weeks of manufacturing time.
We will work with you to track your order and ensure that all components reach you safely and in a timely manner.
